Counseling Services
Renewal provides 1st Time Homebuyers Classes to the public on a quarterly basis. The 2-day course provides information on banking, realtors, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and much more. Subjects of the course include understanding homeownership, selecting the right mortgage loan, understanding the value of good credit, shopping for a home, and reviewing mortgage documents.
Housing Counseling Services
Renewal also provides housing counseling services at no charge to interested individuals. Clients can come and work with a couselor that will pull credit reports, review them, create a plan of action to increase your credit score, and provide other services as needed.
